When visiting Urma Bridal House:

Making an Appointment

To avoid disappointment, especially on Saturdays, it is our recommendation that you pre-book your appointment 2 weeks in advance. Mid-week appointments are normally available at short notice. However, it is always worth phoning if you are in the area.
For your comfort and the comfort of others, we allow a maximum of three people to accompany you on the visit and unfortunately we do not permit children in the bridal shop.

Clothing and Make up

In order to protect the dresses we ask you to refrain from wearing fake tan and heavy make-up. It’s also useful to bring along a white strapless bra!

Cancellation and Payment

We understand if you cannot keep appointments, however, we wish to accommodate those who may be hoping for a visit. Should a need to cancel arise, please let us know 24 hours in advance. Payments can be made by cash, cheque and all major credit cards.
