My experience was all positive. The facilities were excellent, upstairs was very spacious, airy and nicely decorated. I loved the wall length mirrors; I could see myself from any angle. It was great having comfortable seating also for my mother and sister while I was trying on the dresses. I was under no pressure to purchase and the atmosphere was very professional and relaxed as I felt I could have stayed there for hours looking at myself in the mirror trying to decide! My experience with Urma Bridal House was one to remember and highly recommendable. Urma Bridal House is pure luxury. From the minute you walk in the door it is elegant, bright and warm and that's only the décor. The personal welcome from the Ursula and Marie made me feel immediately relaxed and the same welcome was extended to my bridesmaids. The answer to every request with Ursula and Marie was "yes". They went over and above any of my expectations. They referred me to their dressmaker for alterations and she deserves a mention. I had such a great experience when looking for my wedding dress. The selection of dresses was fantastic, but I found THE dress very quickly and I loved it (still do!). The personal attention and service was fantastic. I felt very well looked after at each appointment. The shop is so welcoming and private. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Urma Bridal House. I thought that the whole service was really professional right from the first time I made contact all the way through to the collection of my dress. I was always made feel very welcome, and made to feel like I was the only one to get married and pick my dress! At Urma Bridal House it was so relaxed, sitting there with my mom (who too was made feel special and important in the whole dress shopping experience), looking through the album to see all the beautiful gowns and most importantly how they looked on a real person and not a rail. I loved the atmosphere at Urma Bridal House, the layout and the décor was something special and was not similar to any other shop- big dressing rooms with lots of mirrors. Urma Bridal House was absolutely the most luxurious dress shop I visited. I loved the way I could pick the potential dresses from a catalogue first, instead of looking at them on a rail, as they always look different on. Upstairs was what every girl dreams of when they think of trying on wedding dresses, floor to ceiling mirrors and a comfy couch for your mother to sit and watch! All the dresses were beautiful and I felt there was something there for everyone. Urma Bridal House's selection of veils was amazing. Everything was professional, I own my own business and I know the importance of a good service. My experience with Urma Bridal House was wonderful, special and very professional. Most brides have at least a year to plan their big day and get that perfect dress, I had 3 months. My sister recommended Urma Bridal House as she had bought her wedding dress there (again she only had a short time to get her dress). When I got there I immediately felt at ease and really enjoyed the whole experience. Marie and Ursula were so friendly, helpful and gave great advice. I bought my wedding dress in Urma Bridal House after having tried on numerous dresses in numerous shops. I found both the shop and service at Urma Bridal House to be better than anywhere else I tried. From the outset the girls did their utmost to make sure that we enjoyed every visit. I was absolutely delighted with my Urma Bridal House experience. I managed to complete my entire look solely from Urma Bridal House. For me that was fantastic as I got to see how I would basically look on the day of my wedding. I loved the large and bright open space upstairs with the large antique style mirrors-it was the perfect space for the bride to check out the dress from every angle! It really was an intimate setting, with a relaxed atmosphere making the whole experience really enjoyable for me and my mother. The seamstress, Sharon, was also great.
